| The life span of a blade/disc depends on their handling. From our experience, the discs are in use for an average of 3-5 years. Our blades are still sharpened by hand today and accordingly have high Swiss quality. |

| Our cutting discs are all dishwasher-safe. The cube slicers can be cleaned at 80° for approx. 12 minutes in the combi steamer. Then rinse them under cold running water. |
