The versatile heavy-duty machine enables the processing of large quantities of vegetables thanks to the simple feed. The maintenance-free machine, which is made entirely of stainless steel, impresses with its easy tool change and wide range of accessories.
The Anliker XXL has more than 50 cutting inserts.
Our unique "drawing cut" geometry prevents the unnecessary loss of nutrients and vitamins, which leads to a significantly longer shelf life of the processed products as well as a long-lasting perfect cut.
